Hello

My client has SBS 2003 and wants to get their documents under control using
share point. Currently their "shared" drive is a mess and they will not
follow the directory structure. The plan is to lock down that drive as read
only and for them to save documents they must check them into sharepoint. I
told him good luck with getting people not to complain.

In addition, they want to be able to give access to a segment of their files
to their board of directors which do not have ids on the network.

Can I expose SP on a SBS box to the internet ? Do I need to give the board
user ids in Active Directory for security purposes ?
