Sharepoint - Content Editor Web Part

When I try to open the Rich Text Editor (when adding a Content Editor web
part to a page) I usuallu get a series of dialog windows that want me to
insert my PowerPoint 2000 SR1 CD, but sometimes I am able to open the editor.
What does PowerPoint have to do with it? All my Office programs are 2003
except Powerpoint is 2000 with SR3. We are running Small Bus Server 2003
