Sharepoint Services SP 2 (KB887624) install fail

When trying to install High Priority Update KB88764 on SBS 2003 I get a Error
Code: 0x643. I have noticed this code refering to other updates here on the
forums but not specifically to this update.

Is anyone else having this same problem? Where can I start to resolve this?
