Likely a configuration problem. Your Files share resources should have their
own independent network name and disk resources. See the following KB for
more details to ensure your cluster configuration is correct:

If this is setup correctly, I would next ask if you are using iSCSI to
connect to your SAN. If so, you should review the following KB:
