sharing user calenders

HI,
A user wants to have access to another users calender as well as their own.
We have sbs 2003. Can you tell what I have to do to make this happen.

In Outlook, right-click on the calendar to be shared and click on
Sharing. Give the other user or group permission. In the other user's
Outlook, click on File ---> Open ---> Other User's Folder.

Thanks for your help but unfortunately when I right click on calender I do
not get a sharing option. Perhaps there is some other changes I need to do.
