Good Morning to all,

I'm trying to send my playlists through e-mail to a few friends. I tried
saving the playlists to my computer and when i upload it to my e-mail it
loads fine, but when i send it to people, i get an error "Windows Media
Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item
that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved,
renamed, or deleted." I don't know if the problem is where i'm saving the
playlists on my computer or i need to convert the file, or maybe its a usage
rights. These are songs i downloaded from Limewire. Thanks for any
suggestions in advance!

WMP is showing an error that it cannot find the file because playlists
don't contain any actual audio. They are essentially just text files
that point a media player to the separate audio files.

If you want to send a playlist of songs, you should include the songs as
well (probably MP3 or WMA files), instead of just sending the playlist.
Note however that these will likely be too large for e-mail, and that
you better find a different way to send them.

Regards

How do you include the songs or group them together to send?

View the playlist in WMP, and repeat the following for each song:
right-click the song, select Open file location, and drag the selected
music file to your e-mail draft.

If you want to group them into one single file, you could create a ZIP
archive. Instead of dragging the files directly to your draft, copy them
to a temporary folder. Select all files in this temp folder,
right-click, and choose Copy to - Compressed folder. This will zip them
into a single file.
