View the playlist in WMP, and repeat the following for each song:
right-click the song, select Open file location, and drag the selected
music file to your e-mail draft.
If you want to group them into one single file, you could create a ZIP
archive. Instead of dragging the files directly to your draft, copy them
to a temporary folder. Select all files in this temp folder,
right-click, and choose Copy to - Compressed folder. This will zip them
into a single file.
