I recently updated my parents computer to XP-SP2 and started to get errors
almost immediately regarding a missing ordinal value 233 within the
SHDOCZW.DLL Date on the DLL is 8/29/2002 4:41am .. any ideas if theres a
resolution out for this issue? Size of DLL is 1,341,440 bytes.

There is no "SHDOCZW.DLL" in WinXP. If that's the correct spelling, then download, install, and
run all the below programs under "Spyware Resources"

There IS a "shdocvw.dll" version 6.0.2900.2919 dated 5/29/06
1.42 MB (1,496,576 bytes)

This is the security update that contains the latest version of "shdocvw.dll"

Assuming you mean shdocvw.dll, then that is an outdated pre-SP2 version. It
sounds as if there is now a mixture of pre-SP2 and post-SP2 files on this
PC. Maybe the SP2 upgrade did not finish successfully. I suggest that you
apply SP2 again.
