Well I think you've found your culprit.
It looks like fairly legitimate software if you got it from a good source,
so unless it's a big issue to you I would probably leave it as is.
If you want to delve into it more deeply, you could try uninstalling and
reinstalling the 'MediaFace' application completely, and see what is removed
and re-added as a result.
