Sholuld I delete $NtUnistallKBnnnnn$ files

My disk is geting low space, as I can see after installiing Windows XP SP2,
there a lot of space used by $NtUninstallKBnnnnn$ files under c:\Wndows
directory, even more there about 500 MB under c:\Windows\ServicePackFiles.

The question is: Should I delete those files without any consecuence to
Operatin System performance?

Those files can be safely deleted:

Some more space can be retrieved:

But your real problem ma be the need for another hard drive since these may
not free up much space.
