Shortcut to display properties/wallpaper

Is there a way to create a single click shortcut to get to the wallpaper
changing area of display properties/personalize configuration area ?
or even better a way to actually change the desktop to a predetermined
jpg w/ 1 click ?

I don't know about creating a shortcut to the display properties page
or about setting a "pre-determined jpg" file (which would requir
changing the predetermined file anyway, negating the one-click option)

But what you can to is right-click on the thumbnail of whatever pictur
you want to use, and then select "Set as Desktop Background" from th
context menu. This will work from both Windows Explorer and Window
