I have a program on my Start menu (SpyBot Search and Destroy) that won't
allow me to run properly unless I right click / Run As Administrator.

How do I alter the shortcut to automatically run this as an admin?

You right-click the short-cut/Properties/Advanced Button.

Properties on the rightclick menu will have a Shortcut tab, and then an
advanced button to show a checkbox to make that happen every time you launch
it.
