Shortcuts

I don't know what on earth triggers this, but sometimes I find when
type, instead of getting text, I end up with instances of Window
Explorer and OneNote appearing and sometimes end up locking my laptop.
assume this is a shortcut but can someone please tell me what on earth
have done for this to happen so I can avoid it in the future please?

Sounds to me like your winkey might be stuck. If it happens, try rapping on
it a few times to release it.
