Should not have installed KB891861 no internet access on the serve

I installed the update KB891861 on my Windows 2000 server reboot the server
and I was never able to get on the web from the server again. I looked all
over the internet I wasn't able to fine a posting for the same problem. I
have dell poweredge server. I was able to uninstall KB891861 but when I
reboot I still have the same problem. If any one have a ideal I would be
greatful.
