Should I upgrade to Service pack 2?

I have a computer that is internet free (that I bought from a friend)
- I don't use it for the internet at all, just graphic programs. I am
using Windows Vista 64 bit edition and I was thinking about
upgrading. Is it worth it? Is it a hassle?
