My "show desktop" icons stops working. I have to reboot to get it back
but at some point it fails again. When it fails, I also cannot
doubleclick files/folders on my desktop. Very strange issue. Anyone
seen this?

thanks.

Hello C,

You might see if creating a new "Show Desktop" shortcut to see if it
will work better for you.

http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70...w-desktop.html

However, "Show Desktop" is part of Aero. When it stops working for you,
do any of the other Aero features still work? For example: Flip 3D and
glass transparency. If so, then it may be a issue with your graphics
card drivers. Uninstalling and reinstalling them, or updating to a newer
version, may help if this is the case.

Hope this helps for now,
Shawn

Hi Brink, it took a while for this problem to happen again, but Aero
appears to be working fine.

Show desktop is broken again, I can't click on anything on the
desktop, but I can still use Flip 3D without issue.

Any suggestions?

thanks.
