Al i have numerous eMail accounts, is sometimes is annoying when i
wand to move a received eMail into a local folder.
By drag-and-drop, this means "grabbing" the mail, moving it to the
left, all the way down down down "past" all the eMail accounts,
finally into the "local folders" ...

There are many layout features of WLM but until now i found none that
lets you place the local-folders in a separate window so making it
easier to shift eMails around.

Is there some feature that i did not find yet?

Hi, Roland.

Not EXACTLY what you asked, but...

I sometimes use the "Move to" icon...now where did it go...Oh, it's not on
the News ribbon, just on the Mail mode ribbon. (Also on the context menu in
Mail mode as "Move to folder..." when we right-click in the Message List,
not in the message itself.)

Either of these clicks will pop up a small screen in which we can scroll to
the Storage Folder we want without disturbing the main Folder List. And,
yes, we can create a New folder in the small screen, too. (We can add the
Move icon to the QAT, but there's not much point since it's only a single
click, anyhow.)

In News, we can "Copy to folder...", but we can't actually Move a News
message.

Thanks. Yes this does help, just i thought that it might be possible
to place a separate window permanently on the screen, which contains
the local folders.

By the way, it seems that the last update of WLM at least on my
machine(s) solved the problem that all news messages i sent began with
a question mark at the beginning of the text ...

That was an IE9 problem fixed in an IE update.

The current version of WLM is QFE2 though QFE1 included code to accomodate
the necessary change in IE9.
