Show my webcamunavailable

A question for experts:

My problem is that in the most recent version of WLM the option "Show my
webcam is greyed out", and only "Start a video call" is available. In this
article: http://bit.ly/8LvVsP the problem is discussed and a workaround is
described, and the workaround worked for me too.

But what is the cause of the problem? I guess this is something that ought
to be fixed in the next version og WLM...

I am havin the same problem is there a fix for this ?can someone please walk me through this.What is the solution help..... i need my webcam
