If there is a valid active account with administrator group membership then
by default the fall back built-in administrator account is not enabled.
There are ways to get it to become active if necessary, I understand that
registry changes are needed to do that.
Personally, I think setting up a second not-used-very-often administrator
account is a good idea. Also make sure you make a password reset disk for
each account!!
