shut down and beep

my pc randomly shuts down and starts beeping #'s 1 and 2 also don't light up
i have an E520 it takes hours to fix this problem but i have no idea how it
get's resolved anyone know how this happens? also anyone know of any
solutions to prevent or fix this problem?

Sounds like the CPU or motherboard is overheating. Turn the PC on and g
into the BIOS and check the temps of the CPU/motherboard and check th
"shutdown temps" and what they are set to.
