Would there be a Stop code if AutoReboot wasn't set?
Check with Event Viewer what the crash symptom is.
If you are at least getting a minidump you could also use dumpchk
to get most of the information a full stop screen would give you.
Unfortuntately we never seem to get the symbolic description
from the second line without an actual stop.
Press Win-Break, switch to the Advanced tab and in the Startup and
Recovery Settings dialog uncheck Automatically restart if you want
to see the full stop message.
BTW you may get better assistance with diagnosis like this
from a newsgroup which specializes in error recovery for your OS.
