side bar information

where is the information that shows you how to use an individual sidebar.
e.g., i can't figure out how to add contacts to the contacts side bar.

Add new contacts in your UserProfile Contacts folder. They should then
appear in the contacts sidebar gadget.

Open Windows Contacts, add addresses and they will be automatically
populated in Contacts gadget.
