Sidebar always on top? but not when viewing in Full Screen mode

I have Sidebar with the option of always being on top. That works fine with
all my programs except (at least) when viewing YouTube in full screen mode.

When viewing YouTube, in full screen mode, it really is full screen and
sidebar gets covered. (I really like having Notes on top to take ... well,
notes.)

Is it normal behavior? Thanks, DH

Yes. media players and a few other things take precedence for full screen
modes.

You can always manually resize your media player so you can still see the
sidebar.
