Sidebar and taskbar have turned white

Hello...... My sidebar where the gadgets are displayed has turned white
instead of clear..also my taskbar has turned white..I guess this is no big
deal but it kind of gets on my nerves...anyone know how I can change them
back..thanks.......Mike

Download and burn to a CD:

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/download

Then set your BIOS to boot from a CD, insert the freshly burned CD, save
and exit. Follow the instructions and you'll never, ever have this
problem again.

Does this occur when you reboot? Is the whole area under the gadgets
turned white, or just the area immediately surrounding the gadget?

Whatever you do, do NOT follow the advice of the 11 year old troll or
you will destroy a perfectly good laptop.
