Sidebar/Gadet trouble randomly changed...

I just got my new computer, and am really pysched about the sidebars in
vista, but they've changed on me....somehow. I don't have the same options
available as I did about an hour ago. For example, my clock changed, it was
a world map, now I can't get that back, I can't choose between digital or
analog, I also can't change how I view the slideshow, like landscape or
portrait sized. Any suggestions?
