Sidebar gone

I uninstalled a program, rebooted the machine and installed an updated
version of the program followed a reboot. Now Sidebar does not load and if
I run Sidebar.exe nothing happens.

Any idea how to get it back?

Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore>Pick a date before
problem

You could also try a System Restore from a point when they used to work.

Thanks for the link to Nitropdf - it was reinstallation of this program that
caused the sidebar to disappear but now back.
