Click Start, type "sidebar.exe" and Press ENTER.
If Sidebar does not launch, then you need to register a couple of modules for the Sidebar to work correctly. See:

Hi and thanks in advance for helping.
I'm running Home Premium 32 on a new stand alone "a la carte" computer with
all the updates. Sidebar was working fine and then just disapppeared when I
started my computer after owning it for two days. Sidebar is set to launch on
start-up but doesn't and no matter how I try to launch it (even as the
adminstrator) it does nothing! It is not in the task manager and there are no
error messages. It has just vanished. Help please and thanks in advance
