So do you think I am doing something to cause this to happen? I usually
cannot reproduce the problem; even when I run Disk Cleanup and delete all
temporary files, etc., the gadgets come up in the correct order most of the
time. I cannot predict when it will happen, but once in a while, the
computer will start up with the gadgets randomly rearranged.
