Sidebar slow to load

I have Vista Business. The sidebar is slow to load after a reboot. Takes
about a minute or long to fully load. It does not do this 100% of the time.
Anyway of speeding the process up?

Which Gadgets do you have attached to the Sidebar at the moment? You have to
take into account that Gadgets are small mini applications, so the more you
have attached to it, it will contribute to the amount of time it takes for
all to load on startup. My mantra, try to just keep the ones you use the
most attached and use regularly.

That is what I was thinking but I just wanted to see if this was correct
thinking. As for gadgets I have a full bar.
