Sidebar weather gadgets stopped working

I have wunderground and weatherbug gadgets both running, and neither
one can access the 'net. wunderground can't list cities, and weather
bug just sits there with the turning clock.

Deleted and re-installed both, no luck. Other gadgets work fine.

Anyone know how to fix this??

I have been having the same problem. Can get the shutdown gadget to function
properly any longer either.

You may be having the same problem that I've just solved. In my case I found
that not only were some gadgets not working but that the the link to get more
gadgets online was also dead.

Try the following: Press the start/windows button - select Default Programs
- select Start Default Programs - select Internet Explorer - choose Set This
Program as Default.

In my case everything started working normally. A note of caution if you
are running Firefox (I'm not so I can't be sure) you may need to temporally
uninstall that first.
