Sidebar works, but not connecting

My sidebar and anything else that uses ASP has suddenly stoppe
working?? I am a DJ and I use a program called Gigbuilder to view an
edit my events. While Gigbuilder comes up when I click on the event ..
nothing happens. Their tech support cannot help or should I say doe
not know the solution. Here are more symptoms:1. Sidebar just shows th
clock second hand at 12:00 PM, all the others are blank too as if the
cannot connect.2. I thought it may be my McAfee firewall, but that to
is blank when I open it up. Meaning no buttons show for me to clic
on!!3. Other sites that use an ASP link will not open. I bought a ne
SCION so thought I would take their survey but could not get past th
first screen because none of the buttons worked. Tried it on an olde
XP machine and it worked fine.4. I made no changes to my system, I aske
my kids and they say that they have not either.I am using Vista Hom
Premium that came with my HP DV 9347cl Laptop which has been workin
fine for about a year. Any help would be appreciated. Thnx Mar
