Rightclick your desk, the graphic properties will probably have that option.
You might also try the key combo:
Ctrl-Alt-Up Arrow

this is a function of the display adaptor driver

there are some key combinations that do this.. it depends on your display
adaptor chip..

If the display has been inadvertently rotated, it can normally be corrected
by pushing the key combination <Ctrl> + <Alt>+ <Up Arrow>.

see this

1.. Image rotation is enabled by default and is activated by the default
key combination <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <F1>.

a..
1.. Once it is activated, you can rotate the display with the additional
"Hot Keys":

2.. <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Right Arrow>
a.. <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Down Arrow>
b.. <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Left Arrow>
c.. <Ctrl> + <Alt> + <Up Arrow>

I readily believe it. It's actually a fairly common problem.

The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video
card, to help it work with monitors that rotate to portrait
orientation. You accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and some arrow key.
Rotate it back using those keys.
