Since you are not getting much response on your post I thought that yo
might be wondering if this thing is actually working.

We just had the exact same issue and found that our issue was actuall
a DNS issue. That's right, DNS. The machine in question is a laptop tha
is docked. The default WiFi connection that was being used wa
"unsecured" and as such was not using our internal DNS server fo
resolution. Once we "Disconnected" not "Disabled" (ours looses BlueToot
when Disabled) from the 'unsecure' WiFi the Communicator hooked right i
and was right as rain in less than 15 seconds
PS. We did try several other 'solution' attempts first without an
luck
