Sigma Tel Audio - STAC97 Version 5.10.3722.0

My driver for my audio (STAC97 Version 5.10.3722.0) is dated 2002. Having a
problem finding an updated driver. I run a program called "Showplay" for
musicians (midi and mp3 player for performances). Runs fine on my new
laptop, but songs skip on my old one. Hoping updated driver might help with
this problem. Any ideas where I can find updates would be appreciated.
