Hi, I have just bought a new computer for me and my son. I am trying to set
up the emails and when I type in the @ sign it comes out ". Maybe I have set
up the wrong keyboard and don't know it. How can I check and change it.

With your current setup, the key combination AltGr-2 should produce the

Press the reverse of the key you are pressing now, ie press shift
quote ot get the @ sign so press the shift @ to get the quote sign.
The keyboard is setup for English(UK) not English(US).
