A few weeks ago, I started having problems signing into messenger. I get
error 80070002, and cannot find that error in support topics. When I open
messenger it is blank, I type in email and password but get that error
message. Email is fine. If I cannot find a way to fix this, can I uninstall
messenger, reinstall it and still keep my same email address? I have windows
xp, messenger 8.1
