Sign-In trouble with Windows Vista

I have tried following the instructions provided by MSN to resolve the error
that appears 81000306, but when I register the security dll's there are
several missing, and when they are replaced, they either fail to be located
or are come up with loading errors. All other instructions followed
precisely. Any ideas?

There's lots of "instructions" around, but generally you can ignore the missing ones and
errors as the instructions are generalized for all Windows versions.

The troubleshooter should be an option when you get this error, have you run that and seen
what it thinks your problem is?

I have run the troubleshooter in MSN messenger, and it believes there is no
problem, and claims to be able to connect to the serrver.
