sign in to this web site help

Hi
i have a friend with windows vista home premium 32bit for the last few
weeks now he has bine having trouble sign in to
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com and he does not know why.in the past he was
able to sign in is there setting on the pc that need to be check to sign in
to this web site? he is using the correct registered hotmail address and
password.

I think I know now what you are on about.
The link to sign into Vista communities from that site.
You get to the Newsgroups, but can not sign in.
That website is broken.
Use the link below.

Scroll down to:
microsoft.public.windows
Expand it, and scroll down to the bottom for Vista Newsgroups
