silverlight 2 & Net.Framework SP1 wont go into my computer

is acts as though it installs the Net.Framework version 1.1 SP1 but it is
still there
the silverlight critical update kb955011>>>error code 80946007
and I keep getting messages saying that item I want must have been moved and
it is happning on alot of stuff--sadly I'm not very savy on here but I need

I wish there was a way for one of the MVP or other Advanced tech would take
over my computer and get it back down to earth-it was New in Feb
