SimilarityTable from DFSR using Diskspace

Recently our SimilarityTable_2 from DFSR located D:\System Volume
Information\DFSR as taken all the avalible space on our Data Drive and is 8
GB. This is causing an issue because users cant save anymore data to this
drive because DFS used the space. Is there a way to clear the
SimilarityTable_2 system file and set a max file size for it?

We are running Windows 2003 R2.
