Simple CompanyWeb/Incoming Fax Sort Order Question

SBS2003 Std.

I've got one SBS2003 Companyweb/Incoming Faxes List that is showing faxes in
Ascending order vs. Descending order so the user has to go to the end of the
list to see the most recent faxes. How do I reverse that? Also, what is
the best method in order to archive old faxes out of the list completely.
