Simple Question with SP1

I have a Windows 2003 Server without sp1 applied. I'd like to install
the service pack. Afer doing so will all of the security updates
listed in Add/Remove programs disappear as they are already rolled into
SP1? I assume I will have to reapply the post sp1 updates as well?

The entries for the updates included in SP-1 will be gone.
Post SP-1 updates should remain and should not need to be reinstalled.
