Simplifying opening procedure

Hi!
Here're steps how I examine "pfirewall.log" file in Win7:
1. open Notepad with "Run as admin"
2. from Notepad open the log file moving thru win/sys32/logs and etc.
In WinXP just double click the log file's shortcut on a desktop.
Any ideas to shorten above steps in Win7?

P.S. it seems there's no Win7 forum at MS news server and
Win7 related posts have to go to Vista groups. Yes?
