since last update Outlook can't send non-email items(meeting invi

My last update included the following:

Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB896358)

Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB896422)
Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB897715)
Critical Update for Windows Media Player Script Commands (KB828026)
Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB896358)
Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB890046)
Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB896422)
Security Update for Windows 2000 (KB893066)
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1
(KB883939)
Cumulative Security Update for Outlook Express 6 Service Pack 1 (KB897715)

Now - since this, Outlook can't send non-email type things - like meeting
invites. I get the following error:

Task 'My Mail - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13) : 'Unable to
connect to the network. Check your network connection or modem.'

I tried uninstalling the updates, but have been unable to find all of them
in my control panel. The ones I found and uninstalled didn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?

I've the same problem, in my Outlook 2003 are present 9 accounts (8 smtp, 1
exchange).
Test of smtp account is passed correctly.
