site advisor stops working

for the past several days, I keep getting a Microsoft pop-up that says that
the Site Advisor Stopped Working. There is a site advisor on my McAfee. Is
there a conflict? How do I correct it?

Usual solution is to uninstall it and reinstall from
http://www.siteadvisor.com or your account if it's on there.
