Site re-opens inside itself

When I click on one of the links on the left of the screen, the whole site
re-opens in the middle of the screen.

Your not alone as I have exactly the same problem when trying to look at the
avilable software updates.

I've had the same problem and I fixed it by uninstalling a file sharing
program called BitComet which I had previously down-loaded off the net. If
you have this or perhaps any other file sharing program see if uninstalling
it works.
