skype high quality video

I've tried videochat with Skype in high quality mode and it's pretty
impressive. Is Live messenger going to catch up? I've been using
msn messenger since day one (windows messenger),
but I'm not discovering that Skype is a lot better in term of
video and sound quality...

Yeah I know what you mean. I do hope they do.

One thing though -- if you don't have a fast PC and connection, Skype fails miserably and
basically is unusable. Whereas Messenger provides really decent usable audio and/or video
with far lower hardware and bandwidth requirements.

One of those, "the right tool for the right situation" sort of things.
