Sleep and log off at the same time

Is there any way for the sleep function to log off the active user at the
same time while going to sleep?
I have 3 users on my computer, and when I wake my computer to use it after
someone else has put it to sleep, the first user is still logged on, and I
don't like to have multiple sessions running for the sake of conserving
memory.
The only way I can do this right now is by first logging off, then clicking
the sleep button from a drop down menu on the welcome screen.
It would be much easier if the sleep button did this for me.
Any suggestions?
