Sleep mode awful with SP1

Don't count on sleep mode working any better with SP1 than w/o. I just
had to hit the power button to shut Vista down, as it refused to go into
sleep mode, but it blanked the screen. Also, yesterday it went to sleep
ok, and resumed, but failed to shut down from that session. Thanks for
nothing, MS.

Worked far better for me. Half the time most Sleep problems are hardware
driver based and not to do with Vista itself.
