slingbox and parental controls

Just bought a new computer for my son, and set up parental controls from the
admin user. When trying to use slingbox, we get error 0x9234006A. The only
way we get it to work is to completly turn off parental controls. has anyone
else be able to get slingbox to work with parental controls?
