How to slipstream updates into one

How to slipstream updates into one ?

What I mean is that I'd like to make an installation disk
that would have not only windows installation files but also
all the neccessary service packs and updates.

More, I'd like it to function as an unattended installation,
that is as an installation process that is run with no
further questions but the few at the beginning.
